AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HUMPHREYS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO DELTA CHRISTIANS FOR UNITY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Humphreys County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute to Delta Christians for Unity, out of any available funds, an amount not to exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) during the 1999 calendar year.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
